Our family had a pleasant stay at this clean hotel. We appreciated the well-maintained property with modern facilities. the friendly staff at breakfast made the experience enjoyable. We loved the convenient location close to cafes and restaurants, and the beautiful mountain view from our balcony was a plus.

The hotel was conveniently located near popular attractions and offered free Wi-Fi in the rooms. The breakfast selection was also diverse and delicious.
The staff were not very accommodating and seemed disinterested in assisting guests with their needs. The rooms were not properly cleaned and some of the amenities were not working properly.

The hotel had clean rooms and offered free Wi-Fi that was accessible throughout the hotel. the location of the hotel was great, with lots of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. It also had a beautiful Christmas tree in the lobby that added to the holiday cheer.
The staff at the hotel was not very helpful or friendly. I had an issue with the room key and they were not willing to give me an extra one.
